What is an AWJ "Spread the Word" Campaign Backer?

A "Spread the Word" Campaign Backer is a person that helps raise awareness for our  upcoming "how-to" comedy series, Adulting with Jane, premiering in October, 2019.

Correct! Adulting with Jane is a tiny, homegrown show with huge potential if we play our cards right. We need you to help us spread the word and get people watching and telling their friends!

How does the AWJ team know when I've earned points?

​

Follow us on the social media site that you're referring people to, and we'll do our best to track your people as they follow. If we miss something, email us directly to let us know, and we'll happily credit you your points!

What happens if my people 'unfollow' or 'unsubscribe' after the fact?  

​

Nothing. You still get the points :) Just don't spam people. Make sure that they are participating willingly. 

​

Do I need to be 18 to participate?

​

Nope! Since there is no money involved, we're happy to have you, but please clue your parents in and make sure they're cool with it. We'll be sending you prizes and such from time to time and if you earn something bigger (like a set visit), we're definitely going to have to ask for their written permission.

Do I need to be technologically savvy to participate?

​

Not at all in fact. Let us know what's best for you in terms of spreading the word, and we'll find a way to make it work!

I'd totally love to do this, but I don't think I'd ever get to 100 points...

​

Here's how to get your first 100: you get 50 points automatically for Asking for "Jane" when you sign up, and then all you need to do to get to the other 50 is sign yourself and one other person up on email and a couple of the platforms. That's it!
